My BeaverTV isn't working

Sorry your TV's acting up! Work through these steps in order — they resolve most BeaverTV issues.

1. Check your internet first

BeaverTV streams over your Worldline internet connection, so if your internet is down or slow, TV goes with it. Can you browse websites on another device? If not, start with My internet stopped working or My internet is slow.

2. Restart the app

Close the BeaverTV app completely, then reopen it and try streaming again.

3. Restart your device

If an app restart doesn't help, reboot your Roku, Firestick, or Apple TV (unplug it for 30 seconds if there's no restart option in its menu).

4. Reinstall the app

Still stuck — especially at login? Uninstall the BeaverTV app, reinstall it from your device's app store, and sign in again with the credentials from your welcome email (also visible in My Account).

When to contact us

  • Stuck on "fetching channels", or channels simply won't load even though your internet works — that points to a service-side issue we need to fix.
  • One specific channel won't load or is out of sync — let us know which one so we can report it.
  • You just added or changed channels and they aren't showing — log out and back in, or reboot the device; if they still don't appear after that, contact us.
  • The app says you need activation or that there's no active TV service on your account.

Reach us at support@worldline.ca, by chat, or at 1-855-299-0025 (Mon–Sat 9 am–6 pm Eastern, closed Sunday).
