How do I set up BeaverTV on my Roku, Firestick, or Apple TV?
Getting BeaverTV running takes about five minutes once your Worldline internet is active.
Step 1: Find your login credentials
When your TV service is set up, we email you your BeaverTV username and password. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder — your credentials are also shown in your My Account portal. If you still can't locate them, contact us and we'll get them to you.
Step 2: Download the BeaverTV app
Open your device's app store and search for "BeaverTV":
- Roku — Streaming Channels / channel store (setting up a brand-new Roku? See How to set up your Roku Streaming Stick 4K)
- Amazon Firestick — Find/Search on the home screen (new Firestick? See How to set up your Amazon Firestick TV)
- Apple TV — App Store (4th generation and newer)
- Android and iOS — Google Play Store or the App Store, so you can watch on your phone or tablet too
Step 3: Log in and watch
Open the app and sign in with your emailed credentials. That's it!
You can use the same login on up to 4 devices at once at no extra charge — TV, phone, and tablet included. Each TV needs its own streaming device.
Trouble logging in?
- Double-check the username and password from your email (they're case-sensitive).
- Uninstall and reinstall the BeaverTV app, then try again.
- Still stuck? Contact us at support@worldline.ca or 1-855-299-0025 (Mon–Sat 9 am–6 pm Eastern, closed Sunday).
