What are the Worldline email server settings?

Use these settings to add your Worldline email address to a mail app on your phone, tablet, or computer (Apple Mail, Outlook, Gmail app, Thunderbird, etc.).

IMAP keeps your mail on the server, so every device sees the same mailbox. We recommend IMAP for most people.

Setting

Value

Incoming mail server (IMAP)

mail.worldline.ca

Incoming port

993 with SSL/TLS (or 143 with STARTTLS)

Outgoing mail server (SMTP)

mail.worldline.ca

Outgoing port

465 with SSL/TLS (or 587 with STARTTLS)

Username

Your full email address

Password

Your email password

Outgoing authentication

Required — use the same username and password

POP settings (if you prefer POP)

POP downloads mail to one device and can remove it from the server, so other devices (and webmail) may not see those messages.

Setting

Value

Incoming mail server (POP)

mail.worldline.ca

Incoming port

995 with SSL/TLS (or 110)

Outgoing mail server (SMTP)

mail.worldline.ca

Outgoing port

465 with SSL/TLS (or 587 with STARTTLS)

Check your email from any browser

You can always read and send mail without any app setup at https://webmail.worldline.ca. If webmail works but your mail app doesn't, the problem is the app's settings — double-check the values above.

Have an older email address?

If your address ends in look.ca, inter.net, 295.ca, nucleus.com, idirect.com, or direct.ca, see the article "I have an older email address (idirect, direct.ca, look.ca, inter.net, Nucleus) — is it still supported?" for the right server names.
