I have an older email address (idirect, direct.ca, look.ca, inter.net, Nucleus) — is it still supported?
Yes. Worldline (together with our parent company Fibernetics) hosts email for several long-standing Canadian internet brands. If your address ends in one of the domains below, your mail is still being looked after — this page tells you where to log in and what settings to use.
Check your mail in a browser (easiest)
- Most addresses (including worldline.ca, look.ca, inter.net, 295.ca, idirect.com, and direct.ca): log in at https://webmail.worldline.ca.
- Nucleus (nucleus.com) addresses: log in at https://webmail.nucleus.com.
If you bookmarked an older webmail page years ago (for example SquirrelMail-style pages), please switch to the addresses above. The old pages are no longer maintained and can glitch when sending or receiving.
Mail app (IMAP/POP) server settings by domain
For all of these: username is your full email address, incoming ports are 993 (IMAP SSL) or 995 (POP SSL), and outgoing ports are 465 (SSL) or 587 (STARTTLS), with authentication on.

Using an address at idirect.com, direct.ca, or webinmotion.ca? Those use their own server names — contact support and we will give you the right settings for your address.
Can I keep my email if I cancel my internet service?
Yes — your email can continue on its own for $2.95/month, independently of your internet plan. (If your address was migrated from Inter.net, 295.ca, INC, or VN, keeping it is free.) Contact support and we'll set it up on your account.
Getting a lot of spam?
Don't click "unsubscribe" links in messages that look suspicious — that can confirm your address to spammers. Mark the messages as junk/spam in webmail instead, and contact support if the volume is unmanageable; we can look at additional filtering on our side.
