I don't recognize a charge from Worldline
First: are you a Worldline Canada customer?
Worldline Canada is a Canadian internet, TV, and home-phone provider. If you've never had internet or phone service with us and you see a "Worldline" charge on your card or bank statement — especially a charge in euros, or one related to a payment terminal or card machine — it's very likely from Worldline, the unrelated European payments-technology company that shares our name. See "Looking for Worldline payment terminals or card machines? That's a different company".

Common charges that catch people by surprise:
- Your regular monthly bill — log in at https://www.worldline.ca/myaccount/login to see every invoice and payment on your account.
- A changed amount — see "Why did my bill go up or change?"
- An unreturned-equipment charge after cancelling — see "Why was I charged after I cancelled?"
- A small card-validation charge from saving a new card — it's temporary and automatically credited back to your account.
Still doesn't add up?
Email billing@worldline.ca or call 1-855-299-0025 with the charge date and amount. The billing team will trace it and respond within 24 to 48 hours. If a charge turns out to be an error, it will be reversed or refunded — see "How do refunds and credits work?"
