How am I billed, and when is my bill due?

Your billing cycle

  • Your billing date is the date your service was installed and became active. You're billed monthly on that same day.
  • Your bill is due upon receipt.
  • There are no late fees — but unpaid balances can eventually lead to service interruption (see "What happens if I miss a payment?").

How you receive your invoice

Invoices are sent by email, and you can view or download every invoice any time in the My Worldline portal at my.worldline.ca.

Paper invoices are no longer offered for new accounts. If you already receive your invoice by mail, that won't change.

When is my next bill?

Your next invoice is generated about one month after your last one, on the same day of the month. You can check your most recent invoice date in the portal, or call 1-855-299-0025 — our automated assistant can tell you your balance and billing information 24/7.

Want your bill paid automatically?

  • Card on file: the card saved on your account is used for your monthly billing. You can add or update it in the portal or by phone.
  • Pre-authorized debit (PAD): payments come directly from your bank account on the 1st of each month. See "Can I pay by pre-authorized debit (PAD)?"
