How does the Dial Around (10-11-295) service work?

Dial Around is the simplest way to save on long distance: dial 10-11-295 before your long-distance number, and the call routes through Worldline's low per-minute rates instead of your phone company's — with no change to your existing phone service.

How to use it

  1. Pick up your home phone.
  2. Dial 10-11-295, then the long-distance number as you normally would (for example, 10-11-295 + 1 + area code + number).

That's it. Your regular service is unaffected — you only use Dial Around when you choose to dial the code.

Requirements

  • A Bell Canada home phone line — Dial Around works only on Bell lines, so it isn't available on other providers' lines (such as Videotron) or from cell phones.
  • You must live in Ontario or Quebec.
  • Touch-tone service on your line.

Rates and billing

  • Canada and the US: 2¢ per minute. Over 50 other countries start as low as 3¢ per minute — current rates for every destination are listed at https://www.worldline.ca/support/long-distance-rates/. Higher rates may apply to some country codes and mobile numbers.
  • Rates are the same at any time of day, and a 35¢ minimum charge applies to each call.
  • No signup and no new bill to pay: charges appear automatically on your Bell Canada bill (shown as "Worldline"), usually within 1–2 months of the call.

Not on a Bell line, or want to call from your cell?

Take a look at our Call Canada and Call the World plans — they work from any home phone or cell phone using local access numbers.
