How do I update my credit card or payment method?

Update your card in the portal (fastest)

  1. Log in at https://www.worldline.ca/myaccount/login.
  2. Open the card / payment section and enter your new card number, expiry date, and security code.
  3. Save. The new card becomes the card we use for your monthly billing going forward.

If the portal gives you an error while saving a card, call us instead — we can update it right away.

Update your card by phone (24/7)

Call 1-855-299-0025 any time. Our automated assistant can securely take your new card details and save them to your account — you don't need to wait for business hours.

When a new card is saved, a small temporary validation charge is processed and then automatically credited back to your account, so don't be surprised if you see it on your statement.

Good to know

  • The card on file is the card used for your monthly billing. If you'd rather not save a card, you can make one-time payments instead — in the portal or by phone.
  • Updating your bank account (pre-authorized debit)? Banking details can't be taken over the phone — you'll need to submit a PAD form. See "Can I pay by pre-authorized debit (PAD)?"
  • If a payment is declined, try a different card or pay through the portal. If two different cards decline, contact billing at billing@worldline.ca or 1-855-299-0025 so the team can look into it.
