Can I get my account back after cancelling?

If you cancelled recently

Yes — call 1-855-299-0025 and ask about reactivating. The team will review your account and walk you through getting service running again.

A couple of things that help:

  • Equipment: if you still have your Worldline equipment, mention it — you may be able to keep using it. If you already returned it, new equipment will be arranged as part of reactivation.
  • Moving? If your account was cancelled because of a move, and you have a new address within our service area, ask about moving the service instead — see "I'm moving — can I take my Worldline service with me?"
  • Your old number and email address: reactivation sets up a new account, but if your old phone number or email address is still available in our system, we can give it back to you — and a number you ported to another provider can be ported back. A reactivated email address starts fresh: old mail, contacts, and folders aren't kept.

If your account was cancelled for non-payment

The outstanding balance needs to be cleared first. Call 1-855-299-0025 or pay through https://www.worldline.ca/myaccount/login, then ask the team about restoring service.

Important: if the balance has already been referred to a collections agency, Worldline can no longer accept payments on the account — you'll need to settle directly with the agency named in your notice. Accounts that have gone to collections aren't eligible to sign up for new service.

Does cancelling mean I have to return my equipment?

Rented equipment must be returned within 60 days of cancellation — but if you're planning to reactivate or move within that window, tell us so we can note your account. See "What is the cancellation policy, and how do I cancel?"
