Can I get more time to pay, or a payment plan?

Yes. If you can't pay your full balance right now, Worldline can set up a payment arrangement (sometimes called a "Promise to Pay") — a scheduled date, or a few dates, on which you'll pay off your balance.

How to set one up

  1. Call 1-855-299-0025 — our automated assistant can set up a payment arrangement 24/7, or a billing agent can help during business hours.
  2. Decide what works for you: you can make a partial payment right away and schedule the rest, or just schedule future date(s). No payment is required on the call.
  3. Aim for payment date(s) on or before your next bill date (about a month after your last invoice).
  4. Our billing team confirms the arrangement within 24 to 72 business hours.

Good to know

  • Partial payments are always accepted — pay any amount, any time, to bring your balance down.
  • As long as you keep the agreed dates, your service won't be interrupted for the covered balance.
  • If your account is already suspended, clearing the full balance restores service automatically. If you can't pay it all, call us — with an arrangement in place, the team may be able to restore your service sooner.
  • If an account has already been referred to a collections agency, Worldline can no longer take payments on it — you'll need to settle directly with the agency listed in your notice.
