Looking for Worldline payment terminals or card machines? That's a different company

Worldline Canada (this website) is a Canadian internet, TV, and home-phone provider. We often hear from people looking for a different Worldline — a large European payments-technology company that also uses the name.

You're probably looking for the other Worldline if your question is about:

• A card machine, POS terminal, or "swipe machine" (including terminal IDs / TID numbers)
• A payment terminal that won't charge, connect, or process transactions
• Payroll or payment processing services for your business
• A charge, hold, or reserved amount in euros on your bank statement
• Merchant services outside Canada

We genuinely wish we could help, but the two companies are completely unrelated — we have no access to their systems, terminals, or merchant accounts, and we can't look up anything on their side.

How to reach them

In the meantime, the fastest routes are usually the support number printed on your terminal or on your merchant services receipt/statement, or the bank that set up your payment processing.
