I have received my Worldline equipment. Now what?
Before plugging in your equipment, please wait until your scheduled activation date and time frame.
Note: All activations -- remote or not -- have a scheduled date & time frame. If you have not received this, please check your spam/junk folder for our email or contact us immediately
If services will be activated remotely
Wait until one hour after your time window and then plug in your equipment. For example, if your time window was 8am - 11am, you should wait until 12pm before plugging in your equipment
If services require an on-site appointment, the technician will test activation while he/she is on site, and will confirm connectivity prior to leaving the appointment.
