Do I need to cancel Bell or Rogers before switching to Worldline?

No — please don't cancel your current provider before your Worldline service is up and running. Keeping your existing service until your Worldline activation is confirmed means you won't be left without internet if anything about your installation needs a second visit or a date change.

Who cancels my old service?

You'll need to contact your current provider (Bell, Rogers, or anyone else) to cancel your old service once Worldline is active.

  1. Sign up with Worldline and receive your activation date.
  2. Wait until your Worldline service is activated and working.
  3. Contact your old provider to cancel, and return any of their rental equipment.

Keeping your phone number

If you also have a home phone number you want to bring to Worldline, don't cancel that line — a phone number can only be transferred while it's still active. Tell our sales team you want to keep your number and we'll handle the transfer before you cancel anything.

Questions about timing your switch? Call 1-855-299-0025 (Mon–Sat 9 am–6 pm Eastern, closed Sunday) or email sales@worldline.ca.
