Are Worldline, Fibernetics, Nucleus, and Eyesurf the same company?

Yes — Worldline, Fibernetics, Nucleus, and Eyesurf are all one company. Worldline is the brand you know for internet, TV, home phone, and long-distance service, and it operates alongside our Eyesurf and Nucleus brands under the same roof, with our head office in Cambridge, Ontario.


What that means for you


  • One support team. Whichever brand name appears on your bill or equipment, the contact points on this help centre reach the right people: 1-855-299-0025, support@worldline.ca, and billing@worldline.ca.
  • One account system. Your Worldline account, portal login, and billing work the same regardless of which brand originally signed you up.
  • Residential service area: Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, British Columbia, and Alberta.



Worldline SA, the European payments-technology company (card machines, POS terminals, online payment processing), is a completely separate business that happens to share the Worldline name.
