**While setting up my Vilo on iOS, the QR code won't scan **



Note: QR code scanning only works on iOS. If you are using Android, you will need to manually connect

  • The QR code is located on the bottom of the Vilo.

  • Make sure there is enough lighting around the QR code.

  • Hold the phone still.

  • Wait a bit longer and allow the app ample time to scan and process the QR code.

  • Try manually connecting to Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi password is at the bottom of the Vilo.
