I never received my return shipping label — what do I do?
Good news: you don't have to wait for a label to arrive. You can generate your own free Canada Post prepaid label in a couple of minutes.
Generate the label yourself
- Go to the Canada Post prepaid label page: canadapost.ca prepaid return label
- Fill out the form with your name and address.
- Have a printer? Print the label, tape it to your box, and drop it at any Canada Post location or box.
- No printer? Choose the email option on the form — you'll get a QR code. Take your package and the QR code to a participating Canada Post outlet and they'll print the label and ship it free of charge.
The label is pre-addressed to our equipment processing facility and includes tracking, so keep your receipt and you can follow the shipment at canadapost.ca.
Why this matters
Equipment needs to be back within 60 days of cancellation or replacement to avoid an unreturned-equipment fee. If you're near the deadline because a promised label never showed up, generate the label above today, and let support know your situation so it's noted on your account.
What to include in the box
Modem/router, the original power supply, all cables we sent, and any TV boxes or Worldline-provided remotes. See "How do I return my Worldline equipment?" for full packing details.
