How do I use my home phone features (call blocking, call waiting, three-way calling)?

Here's how to use the calling features on your Worldline home phone, straight from your keypad.

Block unwanted callers

• Block specific numbers: dial *60 and follow the voice prompts to add numbers to your block list (typically up to 12 numbers).
• Reject anonymous calls: dial *77 to block calls from numbers that hide their caller ID. Dial *87 to turn it off.
• Need more advanced blocking (area codes, international)? Contact support and we'll set it up.

Do Not Disturb

• *78 — turn on (all calls go straight to voicemail)
• *79 — turn off

Call waiting

While on a call, press the Flash (or Link) button on your phone to switch between the current call and the incoming one.

Three-way calling

1. While on a call, press Flash/Link — the first caller is placed on hold.
2. Dial the third person.
3. Press Flash/Link again to join all three together.

Call forwarding

Set it up straight from your keypad:

• *72 — forward all calls: dial *72, then enter the number to forward to
• *73 — turn off forward-all
• *92 — forward calls you don't answer: dial *92, then the forward-to number
• *93 — turn off no-answer forwarding
• *74 / *75 — send all calls straight to voicemail / turn that off

If a code doesn't take, or you'd rather we set it up for you, contact support.

Caller ID problems?

• Your name/number shows wrong (or "Unknown") when you call others: this is an account setting — contact support and we'll correct how your caller ID is sent.
• Incoming call display not working: make sure your handset supports caller ID and its date/time is set; if it still fails, contact support.
