# Where does Worldline offer service?

Worldline offers **residential internet, TV, and home phone** service in five Canadian provinces:

- **Ontario**
- **Quebec**
- **Nova Scotia**
- **British Columbia**
- **Alberta**

We do **not** currently offer service in New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, or the territories — and we don't offer internet service outside Canada.

## What kind of connection will I get?

It depends on your address. In Ontario, Worldline delivers service over both **Bell lines (DSL)** and **Rogers lines (cable)**, plus **fibre in select areas**. In Quebec we offer DSL, and in other regions we deliver service over additional partner networks.

The coverage checker at https://worldline.ca/check-coverage will show you exactly which plans are available at your address.

## A few things to know

- Worldline is a **residential** brand — we don't provide service to business or commercial addresses.
- Even within our five provinces, availability is address-by-address, so the coverage check (or a [manual address check](https://worldline.ca/manual-address-check)) is always the definitive answer.
