# Is Worldline available at my address?

The quickest way to find out is our online coverage checker:

https://worldline.ca/check-coverage

Enter your full address — street number and name, city, and postal code — and you'll see the plans available at your location right away.

## If the checker can't confirm your address

Some addresses can't be verified automatically. That doesn't necessarily mean we can't serve you — it just means a real person needs to take a look. Request a manual address check here:

https://worldline.ca/manual-address-check

Our sales team will investigate your address and get back to you. You can also call **1-855-299-0025** (Mon–Sat 9 am–6 pm Eastern, closed Sunday) or email **sales@worldline.ca** — include your full address with postal code so we can check it right away.

## Where we offer service

Worldline residential service is available in **Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, British Columbia, and Alberta**. Availability depends on your specific address, so the coverage check is always the definitive answer — even within these provinces.

We don't currently offer service in other provinces or territories, or outside Canada. See [Where does Worldline offer service?](https://help.worldline.ca/en/article/where-does-worldline-offer-service-7qrj2s/) for details.
