# How do I upgrade, downgrade, or change my plan?

## Requesting a plan change

Call **1-855-299-0025** — our automated assistant can take upgrade and downgrade requests 24/7, or a live agent can help during business hours (Mon–Sat 9 am–6 pm Eastern, closed Sunday). Have ready:

1. The plan or speed you'd like to change to
2. When you'd like the change to take effect
3. The best phone number to reach you (in case a technician is needed)
4. Whether you prefer phone or email contact

You'll receive confirmation within **24 to 72 business hours**, and the sales team will confirm the exact rate for your address.

## Adding or removing a service

The same call handles adding a service (like home phone or TV) or removing one while keeping the rest of your account. Service removals are done remotely — no technician needed. If the removed service used rented equipment (like a TV box), return it within 60 days with the prepaid label we send to avoid an unreturned-equipment charge.

## Good to know

- **Billing:** adjustments appear on your **next billing cycle** after the change.
- **Equipment:** some speed or network changes need a different modem. If so, a compatible one is shipped to you with an estimated delivery date, and your old rental modem goes back with a prepaid return label.
- **Moving at the same time?** Mention it — moves and plan changes can be handled together. See **"I'm moving — can I take my Worldline service with me?"**
