# How do I sign up for Worldline?

Signing up for Worldline is easy, and you can do it whichever way suits you best:

**Online** — the fastest option. Go to https://worldline.ca/signup, enter your address, pick your plan, and complete your order in a few minutes.

**By phone** — call our sales team at **1-855-299-0025**. We're available Monday to Saturday 9 am–6 pm, closed Sunday (Eastern).

**By email** — yes, you can absolutely start by email! Write to **sales@worldline.ca** with your full address (including postal code) and the service you're interested in, and our team will take it from there.

## Before you sign up

Check that service is available at your address using our coverage tool at https://worldline.ca/check-coverage. If the tool can't confirm your address automatically, request a manual check at https://worldline.ca/manual-address-check.

## What you'll be asked

- Your full service address, including postal code
- Your name and best email address
- Which plan (speed) you'd like
- Whether you'd prefer to **rent or buy** your modem
- When you'd ideally like to be set up
- A referral or promo code, if you have one

## Good to know

- Worldline is month-to-month — no contracts.
- Plans start from **$39.95/month** — current pricing is always at https://worldline.ca.
- Cable modem (Hitron CODA 5610): **$9.95/month to rent**, or **$199 to buy**. Prefer to buy a DSL modem? **$129.95**. Fibre modem purchase: **$149.95**.
- Worldline is a residential service. We don't currently offer service to business or commercial addresses.
