# How do I set up my Worldline email on my phone or computer?

You can add your Worldline email address to any mail app. The steps below cover the most common apps — in every case you'll choose a manual or "Other" account type and enter the same server settings.

## The settings you'll need

- **Incoming (IMAP):** mail.worldline.ca — port 993, SSL/TLS
- **Outgoing (SMTP):** mail.worldline.ca — port 465, SSL/TLS (or 587 with STARTTLS)
- **Username:** your full email address
- **Password:** your email password
- Outgoing server **requires authentication** — same username and password

## iPhone / iPad (Apple Mail)

1. Open **Settings** → **Apps** → **Mail** → **Mail Accounts** (on older iOS: Settings → Mail → Accounts).
2. Tap **Add Account** → **Other** → **Add Mail Account**.
3. Enter your name, full email address, and password, then tap **Next**.
4. Choose **IMAP**. For both Incoming and Outgoing mail server, enter **mail.worldline.ca**. Username is your full email address.
5. Tap **Next**, wait for verification, then tap **Save**.

## Android (Gmail app)

1. Open the **Gmail** app → tap your profile picture → **Add another account** → **Other**.
2. Enter your full email address, tap **Next**, and choose **Personal (IMAP)**.
3. Enter your password.
4. Incoming server: **mail.worldline.ca**. Outgoing server: **mail.worldline.ca**.
5. Tap **Next** to finish.

## Outlook (Windows / Mac)

1. Go to **File** → **Add Account** (or Outlook → Settings → Accounts on Mac).
2. Enter your full email address, then choose **IMAP** if asked (you may need to pick "Advanced options" → "Let me set up my account manually").
3. Enter **mail.worldline.ca** for both incoming (port 993, SSL) and outgoing (port 465, SSL).
4. Enter your password and finish.

## Tips

- If the app complains it "cannot verify" or "cannot get mail," re-check the server name (mail.worldline.ca), the port/SSL combination, and that the username is your **full** email address.
- Test in webmail first at https://webmail.worldline.ca — if you can log in there, your address and password are correct.
- If your address ends in look.ca, inter.net, 295.ca, nucleus.com, idirect.com, or direct.ca, see "I have an older email address — is it still supported?" for the right server names.
