# How do I contact Worldline? (Phone, email, hours)

**Live agent hours (Eastern time):**

Closed Christmas Day (Dec 25) and New Year's Day (Jan 1). Reduced hours (9 am – 5 pm) on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, and New Year's Eve.

**Outside those hours, the line still works.** Calls are answered by our virtual assistant, which can check your balance, take payments, set up payment arrangements, help with basic troubleshooting, and arrange a callback from the team on the next business day — 24/7. During business hours you can ask it to connect you to a live agent at any point.
